Whether you're looking for a riding partner or a breeding prospect, this cross will be something special.

The sire, Diamond, has been used by his owner for foxhunting and eventing. He has a wonderful disposition
on and off the farm. Diamond is also the type of horse that can be ridden after sitting in the field for long
periods. He has many IDSH offspring competing in eventing, dressage and jumpers.

Diamond is sired by International show jumper Coille Mor Hill. He won the International Heineken Open and
the Volvo Open in 2000 and held top rank in genetic evaluation of approved stallions based on show jumping
results, 1993 to 1998. He has sired multiple International jumpers like Special Lux as well as a number of

Diamond's grandsire is Clover Hill. Clover Hill is consistently seen in pedigrees of top jumpers and eventers.
He ranked 4th in the 2001-2002 WBFSH showjumping rankings, with 39 offspring jumping at International
levels, like Olympic jumper Carling King. He and Cruising are the top sires in sport which is supported looking
at his pedigree; damside, the ID stallion Tara is double bred to Woodranger, and has produced two of the
most famous Irish sires in recent history, not only Clover Hill, but also appearing as the damsire of the RID
stallion Seacrest who bred the internationally successful showjumper Cruising. Clover Hill’s sire was the
racehorse Golden Beaker – who sired some talented jumpers.  His sire, Arctic Storm, was an impressive
steeplechaser who won the Irish 2000 Guineas and the Champion Stakes, and amongst his offspring was
Arctic Que. Arctic Que produced several international eventers and showjumpers, and (we come full circle
here), had a daughter called Arctic Lass, the dam of Knockboy – who sired Seacrest.

On Diamond's dam side, the dam sire brings in King of Diamond through his son Diamond Lad (out of
Kildalton Countess). Diamond Lad sired multiple international jumpers (1.6M)

The foal is out of our 3rd level dressage mare Laurel. Her sire Glenlara was a Master's horse, competed in
show jumping and dressage and has produced offspring doing well most disciplines. Her grandsire, Mountain
Pearl, is known for exceptional movement and temperament. Pearl is the sire of Phillip Dutton mount Free
and Clear and is the damsire of International jumper Drumiller Lough. Grandsire Rakish Paddy also
produced upper level jumpers and eventers like 4* (5* now) horse Zarzoo. Mountain Pearl's half brother has
also produced upper level jumpers and 4* eventers.
